| This called for construction of clay products factory equipped with state of the art production line. The facilities include factory buildings, office blocks, and ancillary buildings. The scope of work includes foundations, machine bases, concrete superstructure, walling, structural steelworks and roofing, mild steel windows and ventilators, mild steel/timber doors, mild steel spiral staircase, and all finishes & fittings. The Interior is lit by natural light and external lighting is powered by solar panels for sustainable and environmentally friendly sources of energy. Other responsibilities included coordinating and attending to our sub-contractors executing Electrical & Mechanical installation works |
