| The scope of work included: included mass excavation (in waterlogged soils) and protection of earth from collapse, laying and compacting hardcore, reinforced concrete pad and strip foundation, foundation walling, structural steelworks (portal frames) and roofing sheet covering (with insulation), reinforced concrete superstructure frame (columns, slabs and beams), hardener to floor slabs, precast concrete solid block walling and louvre grilles, aluminium windows and curtain walling, Aluminium / Steel / Timber doors, Galvanized steel roller shutters – (mechanically operated), all finishes: external & internal plaster and paint, porcelain and ceramic wall tiling, terrazzo floor finish to office space and garage buildings, power float finish to hardened ground floor concrete in warehouses and driveways, kitchen fittings and associated external works and electrical & mechanical services. Associated Mechanical and Electrical installation works carried out by our specialist subcontractor. |
