This project comprises construction of Four (4) storied office building, one (1) basement and associated external works on Plot No. 29A Lumumba Avenue, Kampala. This modern office has modern mechanical and electrical fittings but the overall building façade take the western mid 1980’s concept of law chambers. Confined between existing neighboring structures we managed to construct a basement parking with underground drainage. Lobby and staircase finishes are made of granite and porcelain tiles.
