| This called for the construction of the 3rd Phase factory building after having completed the first 2 phases. The facilities include factory space, raw material and finished goods storage space, washrooms, power and chemical storage buildings, and ancillary buildings. The scope of works included; foundations, machine bases, concrete superstructure, walling, structural steelworks and roofing, Aluminium windows, Aluminium/Steel/Timber doors, all finishes; external & internal plaster and paint, terrazzo floor finish, power float finish to hardened acoustic ceiling ground floor concrete & Kitchen fittings and associated external works and electrical & mechanical services |
