| Mass excavation (carried out mechanically), reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete superstructure framework, blockwalling, mild steel staircase railings, waterproofing, Aluminium curtain walling & windows, Aluminium, steel and timber doors, all finishes: polished concrete floors, floor & wall tiling, external & internal plaster and paint to walls and ceilings, suspended gypsum board and acoustic ceilings and high end fit-out to the client office and associated external works; driveways and parking paved with precast concrete paving blocks, stormwater and foul water drainage, boundary wall with beautifully designed metal grilles and associated electrical and mechanical services.
