| Scope of works included: mass excavation (carried out mechanically), reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced concrete superstructure framework, blockwalling, mild steel staircase railings, waterproofing, Aluminium curtain walling & windows, Aluminium, steel and timber doors, structural steel to main entrance canopy cladded with alucobond, mild steel sunshades, all finishes: floor & wall filing, external & internal plaster and paint to walls and ceilings, suspended gypsum board and acoustic ceilings, external textured coating and Nairobi red and blue stone cladding, reception counter, kitchen cabinets and vanity tops finished with granite slabs and other high end fit-out to the client office and associated external works; driveways and parking paved with precast concrete paving blocks, stormwater and foul water drainage, boundary wall with beautifully designed metal grilles and associated electrical and mechanical services. Electrical and mechanical installation works (Plumbing and drainage installation, fire fighting and lift installation) were carried out by specialist sub-contractors |
